Beyond Limits
So this picture was taken on Monday when I went to the YMCA after school. Before we did the pond run for P.E. and it felt good because I needed that from spring break. After I felt motivated and just wanted to do more and just get back to the gym grind. Just brake limits. So I ran on the treadmill and tried to run a mile within 10 minutes. I accomplished it and felt that I can do this whenever I'm on the treadmill. In the picture it shows 9:33 but I did run it in 9:16 because I had to slow it down to get my phone out. I completed this also without stopping.

Sweet! I wonder if you can do 2 miles in 20 minutes? Sustained effort for 20 min will increase the positive cardio benefits dramatically.
ReplyDeleteNice Michael! Keep up the consistancy and maybe you can turn that 9 minute into an 8 minute!
