End Of The Year Report.

1) Participation- For this year I would say I was pretty much fine but fair at the same time. I regularly was dressed down in the proper attire and was always there for attendance. The reasoning I said fair was because sometimes I didn't try my hardest when I knew that I could've done better. I think it was just the people I was surrounded by. If i was with my friends I would be comfortable trying my best. On the other hand if the seniors joined in our game I kind of "shy'd" away because I wasn't really feeling it anymore and not in my comfort zone anymore. Besides that I participated well and trying in our fitness days. My peers also affected my mood for participation. For this section I would give myself 23/25.

2) Social Responsibility and Contribution to the class- I always tried to encourage the people in my P.E. block on fitness days, whether its from the beep test or the communty run. I either ran beside someone that was struggling and motivating him to keep up, keeping a steady pace so he/she never started walking. From saying "Don't start walking now" or one of those "C'mon lets go". If it was a activity I mostly took leadership in that but not so much if it was an outdoor activity which I thought I could've done better. This section id give a 21/25.

3) Healthy Living- For healthy living this is probably where I do my best because I love living healthy and just having a healthy lifestyle. My vertical is pretty high actually lol. My vertical is a little bit over 2 feet. Ive had a gym membership since the beginning of this year and gotten way healthier and probably the healthiest I've ever been. But I need to get back on the gym grind since I've been slacking lately. I can run longer and improved my pace speed. Ive learned so much about my body and just realizing it just a mental thing if you really want to improve on whatever you're doing. For the pond run I actually don't walk I keep going through the whole block. Plus dance after this block is a real fun thing. It helps me clear my mind and relax by expressing it through choreo which can be tiring. Me and Chris have been staying after school just messing around with some choreo. And I did promise him that if he tries for the junior team I suppose I will too. Overall my health is in grade shape and my body so I would give myself a 23/25.

4) Digital Portfolio- This would probably be my worst pillar. I haven't posted that many evidence and videos. Sometimes my posts never end up publishing so whenever I check I always have to republish them. I do admit I do need a lot more posts on my blog. But I did at least have about 20 posts which really isn't that much but its evidence. And by viewing other peoples blog mine is not up to date as theirs. Since for the slack on my blog I would say about 19/25.

So my overall is 86/100 / 86%. Which would probably be my lowest percentage ever in physical education. But being in this class with these awesome people made it a joy every day 1. And I couldn't be any happier with the people who motivated me and spread good vibes. It was a complete blast and life lesson that I will consider.

P.E.

Wow it failed to upload again... But here it is. (Date is off)

Subsitutes.

In Mr Neuf's class we had multiple substitute teachers in the past few weeks. It went all right I guess with all the games we played but getting the game started was definitely a challenge. Not many people were helping getting it started.

Pond Run

I didn't know why it didn't post on the day lol but here it is (the date is pretty off). We did a pond run/relay thing where we passed a bean bag and ran a lap around the pond. I managed to run every single lap without walking and was able to recover within the time I was given between laps.

Beyond Limits

So this picture was taken on Monday when I went to the YMCA after school. Before we did the pond run for P.E. and it felt good because I needed that from spring break. After I felt motivated and just wanted to do more and just get back to the gym grind. Just brake limits. So I ran on the treadmill and tried to run a mile within 10 minutes. I accomplished it and felt that I can do this whenever I'm on the treadmill. In the picture it shows 9:33 but I did run it in 9:16 because I had to slow it down to get my phone out. I completed this also without stopping.

Spring Boarding

Been at whistler for 3 days now and been increasing my performance every time I go up. Today I went backcountry and there was tons of pow. I was shredding the powder that was about waist deep. And I was going through trees forcing sharp turns. Got some footage on my GoPro that was nice.

Gym Grind On Friday.

Didn't get pictures but today I went to the YMCA to play basketball but also to workout. Played for about an hour then went upstairs for the other hour. Nathan was with me and we trained doing different physical workouts that involve each muscle group. We were both training and I was training him by showing him workouts that I personally use. After weights we ended it with a good ab workout.
